Free church budget planner: clear for the whole board
Enter expected income and expenses, each with its own cadence. See the projected balance at once, try “what if income drops?” and download a tidy PDF or an Excel file. It is free and needs no sign-up: the budget stays saved in your browser.
How it works
- Enter the items: hall rent, utilities, insurance, pastor support, missions, supplies and printing, youth camp, maintenance. Each item is monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly.
- See the picture: income and expenses converted to a monthly and yearly basis, the projected balance and how much each item covers.
- Try scenarios: with a 10% drop in income, say, the balance changes and you see it at once.
- Share: a PDF for the board, an Excel (CSV) file or a summary to copy. With the number of members you also get the cost per head.
Why it is worth it
- From items to total: enter costs with their frequency, the tool converts all of them to monthly and yearly.
- A clean PDF to share: a tidy document for your church board.
- Monthly, quarterly, yearly: each item on its own cadence, no maths by hand.
