Free tools for people who lead a church: rotas, WhatsApp messages and budget
ChiesApp offers three free tools, with no sign-up: a rota generator with a fair rotation, a builder for personalised WhatsApp messages and a budget planner with scenarios. They run in the browser, on a phone too, and what you build stays saved in your browser.
Shift Generator
A whole month of rotas in seconds: pick the dates, paste the names and get a fair rotation with nobody in two places. Download it as a PDF or an image, copy it as WhatsApp text or share it with a link.
WhatsApp Message Builder
Templates for invitations, reminders, welcomes and greetings. Name, date and place fill in on their own, and you send each person their own message, with their own name.
Budget Planner
Expected income and expenses, each with its own cadence (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly): see the projected balance, try “what if income drops?” and download a PDF or an Excel file for the board.
Why they are free, and what ChiesApp does on top
The tools solve the moment. The app does the same job every week, on its own: rotas drafted by the engine, clashes flagged, reminders to volunteers, real accounts instead of a projected budget. More tools are on the way: if you have an idea, get in touch.
