Become a Pioneer and lock your price for good
ChiesApp is in Beta, and the churches that come on board now become Pioneers. Try the church management software free, with no commitment: you pay only if and when your church decides to keep it. At that point you lock the lower Pioneer price, and it stays yours. From 2027, when the Beta ends, list prices go up and yours does not.
How the Pioneer programme works
- You try ChiesApp free: up to 30 contacts, no credit card, nothing to cancel.
- You pay only if and when your church actually adopts it. Trying it costs nothing.
- The day you move to a paid plan, you lock the Pioneer rate and keep it after launch.
- From 2027, out of Beta, list prices go up for new churches. Yours stays where it is.

What ChiesApp does, and what it deliberately does not
- It covers people and families, ministries and volunteer scheduling, attendance, calendar and events, event registrations with tickets and check-in, finances, forms and messages.
- It does not process payments or donations. Finances tracks and plans church money; it never collects it.
- It does not take event fees either. The church lists its own methods (bank transfer, PayPal, cash at the door), the attendee declares the payment, a staff member confirms it. No money passes through ChiesApp, so there is no commission on what you charge.
- Attendance is marked by a person. No biometrics and no face scanning: at the door you scan the PDF ticket with the phone camera.
- No "AI" badge on the box. We would rather ship the dull things that save you an evening.
Prices, plainly
- Free up to 30 contacts, no credit card.
- Starter: 80 members and 5 admins. Capacity only, no extra modules.
- Ministry: the first plan that opens both paid areas, Communication (spaces, pages, forms, lists and segments) and Resources (finances, projects, reports, café). It is the one most churches pick.
- Growth and Network for larger churches. Any plan is 20% cheaper paid yearly.
- Whichever plan you land on, the Pioneer rate is the one you keep.

- The Pioneer offer is open until 31 December 2026.

What is the Pioneer programme?
It is the deal for churches that adopt ChiesApp during the Beta. You try it free, and when your church moves to a paid plan you lock a lower price that stays yours after launch.

Does ChiesApp take a cut of event fees or donations?
No. ChiesApp does not process payments or donations at all. For events, the church lists its own methods, the attendee declares the payment and a staff member confirms it, so there is no commission on the fee.
How long is the Pioneer offer open?
Until 31 December 2026. After that, churches join on list prices.
Is the app available in English?
Yes. You can switch the interface to English from your profile settings, alongside Italian.
