ChiesApp is free up to 30 contacts, no card. Above that, the price follows the member band of your community, never users or operators: €30 to €280 a month at list price, €20 to €200 for Pioneer churches, with the price locked for good. Guests and visitors are unlimited and free on paid plans. Billed yearly, you save 20%.

What opens as you grow
Starter only adds room. From Ministry, two whole areas open, Communication and Resources, along with Registrations.
- The basics (in every plan, the free one too): People & Families, Labels, Attendance, Teams & Rosters, Calendar & Events, Tasks & Rooms, Analytics. Free and Starter have these features and nothing more: between the two, only the capacity changes.
- From Ministry, Spaces: A private area for your groups, with around twenty modules you can switch on, reached by link.
- From Ministry, Forms: Fields of every kind, conditional logic and analysis of the answers.
- From Ministry, Pages: Your church website: multi-page, 30+ block types, private preview, drag-and-drop editor.
- From Ministry, Lists & Segments: Manual lists and segments that update themselves, with sending to email tools.
- From Ministry, Finances: Income and expenses, recurring costs, projects, assets and financial reports.
- From Ministry, Café: Till on the phone, stock, shifts with cash-up, customer screen and room map.

Frequently asked questions
So how much does it actually cost?
You try it free, with no commitment, while you’re evaluating ChiesApp. When your church adopts it for real, you move to the plan for your member band: prices are the ones above. Whoever joins now, during Beta, joins as a Pioneer: a rate below list that stays theirs even after the official launch, when real prices go up.
How are “contacts” and “members” counted?
It depends on the plan, and the difference matters. On Free the limit is 30 contacts: every person you add counts, members and guests together. On paid plans you pay only for Members (the people you put in rosters, services, events and activities, and in the Spaces where they’re active), while Guests and visitors are unlimited and free. The price never depends on operators or admins.
What happens if I exceed my tier of members?
No blocks and no surprises on your bill. We let you know and propose a gradual upgrade to the next tier: you decide when to move up.
Between paid plans, what changes?
Starter only adds room: 80 members and 5 admins, with the same features as Free. From Ministry up, the two paid areas open, Communication (Spaces, Pages, Forms, Lists and segments) and Resources (income and expenses, recurring costs, projects, assets, Café), along with event registrations: up to 300 sign-ups a month, unlimited from Growth. Above that, plans differ only in capacity.
What is the Pioneer price, and what changes at launch?
Whoever joins now, during Beta, gets a rate below list. That rate stays theirs forever: when we go live with the real prices, higher than the ones you see today, your Pioneer rate won’t change. It’s our way of saying thank you to whoever believes in us first.
Annual: how much do I really save?
Paying annually you save 20%, that’s two months a year. On Ministry at the Pioneer rate that’s €84 saved every year: €35×12 = €420 becomes €336. Pay once and forget about it.
Event registrations: from which plan, with what limits and what fees?
Registrations open from the Ministry plan: up to 300 sign-ups a month, unlimited from Growth up. The features are identical in every plan that includes them (multiple rates, extras, discount codes, QR ticket, check-in from the camera): only the monthly cap changes. No commission, because the money never passes through ChiesApp: your church lists its own methods (bank transfer, PayPal, cash at the door), the attendee pays the church directly and declares it, and a staff member confirms or revokes. There is no transaction for us to take a cut from.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime: upgrades are instant, downgrades take effect at the next cycle. No penalties.
Is my data safe?
Each church sees only its own data thanks to Row-Level Security, with GDPR-compliant processing and no sharing with third parties. You can export and delete everything whenever you want.
Do volunteers have to download an app?
No. Spaces open in the browser with a link: the volunteer finds their name and enters a personal 6-digit code, with no account to create. If they want, they can install the Space as an app on their phone and get notifications. Spaces are part of the Communication area, available from the Ministry plan.
