Not a list of features: five moments you already know.

• Monday: You know who to call. ChiesApp shows who has not come for three weeks and who visited for the first time. One phone call, not a spreadsheet.
• Wednesday: The youth camp fills itself. Prices by age group, discount codes, a ticket with a QR. The church collects payment with its own tools: zero commissions.
• Saturday: Sunday’s rota is already in place. The engine proposes a draft, you publish. Volunteers get a reminder the night before and answer “Confirm” or “Can’t make it” from their phone.
• Sunday: Thirty seconds for attendance. Count adults, teens, kids and guests with a tap. ChiesApp does the comparison with other Sundays.

Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant that speaks MCP, the standard for connecting an AI to your own data, connects to ChiesApp with a code you create under Integrations. It reads your church’s data and prepares drafts: Sunday’s service plan with rotating songs, the shifts to cover, who has not replied, who has not come in three weeks. You review and publish.

• You connect it in a minute: under Integrations you create a code and paste it into the assistant you already use.
• You always publish: it never notifies anyone, never sends messages, never deletes what is published. Every change has its Undo.
• It sees only the areas you choose, and only your church. It never reads pastoral notes, addresses, money or consents.

A letter from the founders: We’ve been there too

Hi, we’re Gabriele and Lorenzo. We aren’t pastors: we’re two people who, in our own churches in Porto Sant’Elpidio and Besozzo, kept watching the same scene play out. Plenty of people willing to give their time, and a mess trying to hold together shifts, attendance and contacts through text threads and Sunday-morning printouts.

Almost every time, the problem is the tools, not the people. So we built what we needed ourselves: something shaped around how a local church actually works. We use it in our own churches today, and we’d like it to be useful in yours.

What ChiesApp does not do, on purpose

• It does not process online payments or donations: Finances records and plans. Event fees do not pass through ChiesApp either: the church lists its own methods (bank transfer, PayPal, cash at the door), the attendee declares the payment and a staff member confirms it. No commission.
• It does not record attendance automatically or biometrically: a person marks it, in seconds, on a phone.
• It has no AI that decides for you: the assistant you already use (Claude, ChatGPT) connects with a code and prepares drafts. You always publish.
• It is not perfect yet: it is in Beta, and we say so.
